Disclosures for the reward eligibility

Eligibility Criteria

  • The reward is available to the first individual or individuals who provide a tip that directly leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the death of Anthony Harden.  
  • Law enforcement officers, family members of Anthony Harden, and individuals with prior involvement in the case shall not be entitled to the award based on information that they have previously provided.

 

Payment Conditions

  • The reward shall be paid in two separate installments.  The first payment of $5,000 shall be paid upon the arrest.  The second installment of $5,000 shall be paid upon the criminal conviction.
  • If the case involves multiple perpetrators, the reward shall be issued after the arrest or criminal conviction of at least one of the perpetrators.
  • The reward offeror reserves the right to determine if the information provided directly contributed to the arrest or conviction.

 

Payout Details

  • The total reward shall not exceed $10,000.  The reward shall be paid in two separate installments.  The first installment shall be paid within 30 days of an arrest.  The second installment shall be paid within 30 days of a criminal conviction.
  • Payment will be made via check or electronic funds transfer, with no deductions for taxes.  Recipients are responsible for reporting the reward as income according to local, state, and federal tax laws.

 

Discretionary Terms

  • The reward will not be paid if the information was already known to law enforcement, had already been submitted by another source, or if the tip is deemed not directly responsible for the arrest and conviction.
  • The reward may be divided if multiple individuals provide critical information leading to the arrest and conviction. The reward offeror will determine the contribution of each party and allocate the reward proportionally.  The total reward amount shall not exceed $10,000.
  • The reward offeror reserves the right to modify or cancel the reward at any time prior to the distribution of funds, without notice or liability.
